CURRENT WORKSHOPS
  • Connecting with your partner
  • Being a child with your children
  • Before you commit...
  • Spiritual seeking
  • Become a student of life

Participate in creating a dynamic
space in which you can - with
others in a safe environment -
have a close look at your
current experience of daily life.

Tell us what you would like to
explore.

As psychologists and trainers
we know how to develop
meaningful ways to  the tackle
challenges and we can find
ways to incorporate relevant
discussions in one of the
workshops above, or develop a
new module to fit your interests.

You are never the only person
grappling with something,
people always have something
in common.
GROUPS AND WORKSHOPS
explore your current difficulties and then test your new insights and
life skills through weekly interaction with 4-12 people in a safe
facilitated environment.

Depending on the topic of the groups / workshops, some are
completed in one day, some run once a week for 3-4 weeks while
others take 8-10 weeks to complete.   The duration of each session
varies from 2-3 hours for longer groups, to 4-8 hours for one or
two-day workshops.

All groups start with an exploratory session, in which we give an
outline, get to know each other a bit, and discuss the topic of the
group.  After that session you can consider whether you think the
group might be helpful for you, and then decide whether you would
like to sign on for the rest of the course.

As the cost of a group session is shared among all the participants,
it provides a relatively inexpensive way of exploring your concerns
and difficulties.  If the group / workshop content is therapeutic it is
usually possible to reclaim the expense from your medical aid.

Group therapy is especially beneficial in dealing with problems
related to shyness, limited social skills, lack of confidence,
communication difficulties, poor self-esteem, and most forms of
social phobia, and will provide you with the opportunity to practise
your new learning without fear of judgment or ridicule during a
course.  It is often beneficial to attend a group with your life-partner,
as you get a chance to see each other in a new light, since it opens
the possibility of revitalised communication and exploration of each
other.

Group sessions are arranged on request, and run when the required
number of participants have signed up.  Session dates and times will
be scheduled to suit participants as far as possible.
